Are there any registration fees associated with your site?
No. It is completely free to use our site.

Will I be charged any fees for submitting an RFQ or order?
No. We do not charge ANY extra fees to use our site.

How do I obtain a user ID and password for your site?
Simply click on the "register" button above, or the "REGISTER" link at the bottom of the page. Then you just need to fill out your company and contact information. After you submit your registration information, a temporary user ID and password will be e-mailed to you instantly.

What is the difference between a temporary account and a permanent account?
When you first register, you will recieve a temporary account, which will be active until we can verify your company information. This temporary account will not allow you complete access to the site. You can still place RFQs and orders, though. When your company and contact information is verified, a permanent account will be set up and e-mailed to you. This will usually take no more than a few days.

What do I do if I forget my password?
At the bottom of every page, there is a link that says "NEW PASSWORD". Simply click on this link and after you submit your e-mail address, a new password will be e-mailed to you, only if your e-mail address matches one in our system.

What do i do if I can't remember my user ID?
You can call (847)233-5809, or you can send an e-mail to "E-commerce/SPEC2000 Support" under "contact us" asking for your user information. You can also go to the "NEW PASSWORD" page and submit your e-mail address and then you will receive your info via e-mail. This will only work if the e-mail address matches the address set up for your account.

How will I know when my order has been shipped to me?
As with all orders placed with AirLiance Materials, you will receive an automatic shipment notification via e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If I need help using your site, can someone walk me through your site and show me how everything works?
